Encouragement. Difficult times and situations call for leadership in the arena of encouragement. That requires people who are willing to step into that arena, even when discouragement is dogging them. When David and his troops had lost family and possessions (1 Samuel 30), David encouraged himself in the Lord and led his troops to a great victory. When Joshua faced the task of assuming the leadership of the Israelis from the great leader Moses, God told him to be strong and have great courage. The promise of His presence brought reassurance and empowerment to lead them to victory after victory. You also have those same promises and the power of the Holy Spirit to enable you to be a great encourager for this time and hour.
