Sunday Communion Service
Sunday Communion intro message.
Sunday Communion intro message.
With the cross, the death and the resurrection of Jesus, a new covenant established on better promises was initiated. Still available today, the healing compassion demonstrated by Jesus in the Gospels is released over God’s people today. Our hope and prayer is that you receive yours.
As we look forward to Jesus’ return, we memorialize the new covenant by partaking of the bread and the fruit of the vine. Peter, one of Jesus close disciples notes these benefits attached to this sacrament: “He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed.” (1 Peter 2:24)
Guest minister Don Kolterman provides an extended introduction to the communion message.
We are called to make disciples, to invest our lives into others for multiplication in the Kingdom of God. Life is better when we grow together.
The last days will likely mark the greatest contrast in history. The followers of Jesus Christ will need to pick which side of the divide they will fall into, because these two diverse paths are incompatible. Which side will you fall on?
Today on the traditional celebration of Jesus Triumphal entrance into Jerusalem, we are also celebrating Communion. This is the greatest and most powerful sacrament entailing forgiveness of sin, healing for the body, and eternal redemption.
In today’s world many Christians struggle to share their faith with others and have seemingly little success when they do. In this message we will examine the interaction by the Holy Spirit to bring life changing impact. We can become instruments used by Him for the glory of His Kingdom.
What do you do when you are attacked with a serious illness or disaster? How do you fight back and win? This message details how Communion can be a powerful weapon in the war against sickness. You don’t have to wait until the last Sunday of each month to receive. Jesus just said, “This do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me” (1 Corinthians 11:25). Become a partaker of His divine nature! You have been Rescued, Healed, and Restored.
